Recent News END OF YEAR PARTY - Jun 1, 2007END OF YEAR PARTY Saturday, June 9th at 5:30 pm At Jason Dick’s house 2917 Summer Hill Drive West Friendship (410) 489-6675 Directions from MRHS: Left onto Rt. 99/Old Frederick Road, Right onto Sand Hill Road, go straight thru the circle rotary and down the hill, Right onto Rt. 144/Frederick Road, Left onto Wynfield Road and follow for 1 mile, Left onto Summer Hill Drive, and go to 5th house on the left side - # 2917 Cost: $10 per family (to cover hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, water, and paper products) Don't forget the Spring Sports Award Night on Thursday, May 31 at 7:00 p.m. Coach Sageman will have a meeting for the lacrosse players and their parents following the meeting in the auditorium. The boys are to wear a shirt and a tie. Please RSVP to Valerie Dick regarding the end of the year party on June 9 and make sure you give her the $10 fee per family to cover the costs of the food. Mustangs Lose Semi-Final 7-5 - May 24, 2007 What a season! After a 3 and 11 regular season, our Mustangs made it to the State Semi-Final match on Saturday, May 19. Although all of our injured starters had returned and the boys played with so much heart, they lost to Parkside High School 7-5. Prior to this game, Parkside was 18-0. Everyone on the team had a shining moment but none more than our sophomore goalie, Dan Schoenfeld. Dan ended the game with 20 saves. When congratulating the parents after the game, the Parkside coach was extremely impressed by the youth on our team. Joon Son led all scorers with three goals followed by Danny Incontrera, one goal and two assists and James Lindsay with a goal. Kyle Williams and Matt McWilliams each contributed an assist. As James Nies said after the game, “Next year will be amazing!” We are all looking forward to that! Go Mustangs! End of Year Pool Party - May 19, 2007 WHAT: End of Year Pool Party
